Summertime Fun

Dear Residents,

During the summer months, our pool becomes the center of social activity. From sunup to sundown, you can find residents hanging out poolside. We hope everyone has fun soaking up the sun here at the Arbors of Central Park, but we hope that you'll also keep our pool policies in mind. Our rules are not designed to put a damper on your summer, but rather to help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable pool experience.
  • No lifeguard is present, so swim with caution.
  • Refrain from diving into the shallow end of the pool.
  • Residents 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests are welcome, but please invite no more than 2 at a time.
  • In consideration of neighbors living near the swimming pool, swim only during the posted hours (9 am - 9 pm).
  • Use only plastic containers, not glass, around the pool area.
  • To help keep this amenity sanitary, please do not bring pets into the pool area.
  • Pool equipment, such as the divider rope and life ring, should be used only for its intended purpose, not for water games.
  • Please be courteous to others using the pool. Avoid running, splashing and horseplay.
  • Our residents have different tastes in music, so if you bring a radio, please bring headphones so you won't disturb any of your neighbors.
  • Wear regular pool attire, which does not include thong bikinis. Also, strings from cutoffs may clog the pool's filters, so avoid them as well.
  • Please do not play in the fountains or near the waterfall.

As a reminder, the pool will be closed and locked at 9 pm. Anyone found in the pool area after hours will be issued a lease violation and subject to further consequences. We hope everyone has fun in the sun and enjoys the summer months.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office.

Thank you,
Arbors of Central Park Management
